Yes, although you will need a different trim ring that is specific to the X5. The trim ring is cheap (about $25).

The part number is 65526908469 - see http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts...30&hg=65&fg=45 (it's part number 3 in the diagram)

The nav drive in the auction is a MkIII
