I need a radio tuner for the nav upgrade

Any ideas where can I get one, besides brand new for about $500.00.
Also anybody has the new updated part number for the latest radio tuner?
Also can I use the nav until I get the radio tuner, or the nav will not work without the radio?

Thanks
