Help - Blank Nav screen & Need link to v27 or v27.1 forced downgrade software

My NAV has stopped working after downgrading to v27 then to v32. was working for a while then went blank.
Just get a blank screen though can see light behind the LCD screen.
The power light is not on on the DVD drive mkIV.
Tried to eject disk with no luck.

Will try to eject disk tomorrow using tip here:

but need link to v27 or v27.1 forced downgrade disk just incase
