Plz I need Help with my Nav MK IV

Hi Guys

i have a nav MK IV , i have a problem i need help please.

1- i can 't save any address . if i save it as soon i turn the car off its gone

2- i have upgrade to v32 and i downgraded to earlier version trying to fix it but it did not work.

3- if i turn the car off and back on it does not resume to nav address i have to re enter the address again

please can some one help me to how to do...and if there is any one in the bay area San francisco can help with..
