MKIII is not showing up on screen
Hello all,
I have MKIII in my E46 but it doesn't show up on screen menu. Though LED lights up, CD inserted properly LED flashes normally and it goes to sleep as normal unit would. I tried updating software ( not sure what is current version).

What are the signs/ symptoms of a dead MKIII? Hope it's not dead. Please suggest what could be done to recover it if possible at all.
