X5 - Problem with mkIII and widescreen monitor

Hi everyone!
A few weeks ago I replaced my X5 E53 MY 2004, the MID with the navigation system:

- 16:9 screen
- Navigator mkIII
- radio bm54
- wiring harness apart by an X5 with a predisposition to amp (which I mounted on my car)

For installation, simply replace the old wiring and install all the components.
The instrument panel high communicates perfectly with the monitor(ibus) but the problems are the navigator.
I noticed that when he should speak the navigator, the radio became silent but I can not hear the directions. Another problem is the screen. Although the screen is widescreen output remains at 4:3, as in the picture:

I tried everything. Encode with navcoder but nothing (in the diagnosis of navcoder mkIII's output is "colors " and "4:3").
Downgrade to version v17 and then upgrade to v32 POISON ... nothing.
Encode with DIS but the only thing that was codified is KOMBI (instrument panel).
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks in advance to those who respond!
Greetings!

I am very sorry for my bad English!!!
