Anyone have an OEM update disc??

I have tried to update my MKIV nav unit by burning a disc and even having someone else burn me a disc. Neither worked so I tried to buy an OEM disc from the dealership. They told me they are no longer available and so I am looking for someone who has one that is willing to either sell it or let me borrow it. I'm not sure why my drive wont accept the burned CD's, but once I insert the disc, it tries reading it but it doesnt do anything. Both discs were Sony if that affects anything. Hoping that an OEM disc will work for me.
