Need Help Downgrading MKIV

Can someone link me to a how to downgrade the software on a MKIV
My screen went totally blank after re placing my battery. and i want to try and re install the software to see if it brings it back to life.
ATM im running v32 stock on it, what would i need to downgrade it to?
