SatNav question

Is it possible to get the "birdseye" view on the nav screen???

V26 is the latest version, but it does not have a birdseye view for the X5 (only the newer 5 and 7 series has this, I believe). See http://www.xoutpost.com/navigation-sy...-released.html for details on V26.

Hopefully the future software that BWM puts out will include that capability. I think Infiniti was the first brand to have that as a standard on their cars. I saw it once on an FX and the newer M45. It's really cool. They also have gas icons on the screen where the gas stations are. But inlike ours that have just a gas pump sign, the Infiniti NAV has the actual gas station's logo.

My wife's Acura MDX also has the display of the gas station logo in the nav screen. It's a cool feature.
