Unhappy missing mk4 dvd options?

So I recently took my fiance's car in for service. She has an Mk4 navigation system with a custom DVD (previous owner bought it) inside. Long story short, I picked up the car after it was there for about a week and the nav dvd is now MIA. My 2006 m5 disc won't work in it, so I'm out of ideas. Anyone got a torrent or anything. I just need a relatively new version to get it up and running. Any help would be appreciated. Hell I'll take an iso download at this point.
