Sat nav upgrade issue - E70

Hi there. New poster here, but long time X5 owner, and just changed from an E53 to E70. I have hoped to upgrade the sat nav using a Rusty disk, as a I successfully did on the E53. However I cannot get the system to recognise the new DVD - its saying "insert navigation DVD" when I put the new disk in.

Rusty has replied and said "laser must be getting too weak to read the new disk" and suggested cleaning the laser. I've done this, but no effect - still no worky.

Anyone come across this problem??
Thanks
