tdrag, I'm not sure what method you were going to use to pay for the bulbs, but if it is by credit card, and you've let Hoen know you want to cancel the order but they haven't responded to you, call your credit card company and let them know that you won't accept a charge from Hoen or cancel the card all together and let Hoen know that you did. You don't want to have a surprise on your credit card statement.

Well so far Hoen haven't made me pay for the bulbs .. yet.. but if they do, I wouldn't mind getting them at this low price. Bulbs are not going to pay until they arrive (since it was a bulk order). So not to worry... but still a legal contract if they do decide to sell, I would have to buy.
