Angel Eyes Retrofit in an X3
Contributed by: MysticBlueX3
Angel Eyes Installation in a BMW X3 Step 1 is to obtain a good power source for the Angel Eyes. Below is a picture of the ECU. Here I tapped into the accessory power supply. This is what makes the angel eyes light up when the key is turn to position 2. http://www.xoutpost.com/images/articles/261/IMG_1737.jpg Relay, 12V power and ground. http://www.xoutpost.com/images/articles/261/IMG_1733.jpg Everything wired. Fingers crossed. It works! http://www.xoutpost.com/images/articles/261/IMG_1741.jpg Back of headlights http://www.xoutpost.com/images/articles/261/IMG_1742.jpg Everything removed from headlights. http://www.xoutpost.com/images/articles/261/IMG_1747.jpg I was scared shitless during this part.
