It bothers/annoys me when others pump things into the air that can impact my health.

It also bothers me when marketers position e cigs as a "safe" alternative to smoking, while attracting teens with candy flavours and creating a new generation of nicotine addicts.

I have not seen many people around here using them.Probably they are expensive compared to the regular cigarettes.

I wouldn't call it a defect. I think that is a little unwarranted. I would call it a psychological dependacy. One that only needs to be addressed if either the user wants it, or if it is causing immediate harm or displeasure to those around them. While I think it's gross and not exactly a wise decision from a health stand point, I do respect their right to do it.
