Jaguar F-Pace
Jaguar has finally entered the fray of the X3 market segment.
Looks much better then the latest X3 IMHO. Combines the best design aspects of the BMW, Porsche and Audi. 2017 Jaguar F-Pace: Design Chief On Why SUV Fits Right In With F-Type |
I like it. II bet these will sell like hot cakes

Looks like a mini range from side. I like it a lot. Jaguar styling is pretty nice right now.

They approached the design correctly, clean sheet.
When automakers use an existing sedan platform, and design an SUV around it, the proportions/overhangs are all wrong. |

Jag has stated the F-Pace will be priced 40k (base), to 50k (loaded).
No more money then the wonky shaped X3. |
40-50k is not bad at all given current car prices. Maybe the Jag isn't was big as I think it'll be. That seems cheap.

Well, size wise, friend of mine went with X3 and says that it has just a little less room than X5 in E53 body, as Jag states it is a competitor to X3 and Lexus RX, it should not be that tiny.. I will have a good laugh if realistically it will be size of Smart :)

The X3 & X5 are dated designs that need updates.
The F Pace and Audi Q7 are cutting edge and better. |
probably will never be on my watch list as I always make sure
I can slide 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back like the x5. Of course with the tailgate open for the ride home Rich |
