I think you're talking about the toxic effects of Teflon. I must admit it's handy stuff but I'm sold on my set of All-Clad. It's worth the extra effort to required to clean it. We do have one Teflon All-Clad omlette pan though. (Thank you wedding presents. :D )

Anyway, doesn't it only get bad when it's heated super duper hot? :dunno:

Nice cookware, that All-Clad. We have the Emeril line, which is made by All-Clad. I get down on the stovetop, I gotta have the serious stuff. Come to the DC meet and you can sample my homemade jambalaya!

Far as the death by teflon goes...scoop of vanilla, scoop of chocolate, don't waste our effin time...media whores and evil p.r. people. It's all spin!

:hijack: I'm talking to the Missus about making the trip out there. She's game. I just need to find flights. I have a good friend who lives in Arlington so we will visit him and either bunk up at his place or hit up the Sheraton since we're Westin members with beaucoup points. I'll be looking into the flights this weekend.
