Is your pet like you?
 

Have you ever thought that your pet has the same personality as you? I do. I don't know how that happens but I think that your pet can take on your personality.

My cat is very much like me. He loves to sleep, is generally easy going but has a bit of a temper, he's damn good looking, loves the ladies bigtime, and last night I discovered he loves beer. I let him taste some Asahi, one of my favorite beers, and he went nuts for it. I know dogs who like beer but never a cat.

Any of you have a pet version of yourself?

Unfortunately, my dog has taken after me....... I think I may look like him too.

Actually, it HAS been studied and observed that pets DO take after their people's personality.

One of our dogs is really the kids' dog. The kids, being teenagers, sleep in until 12 Noon or 1PM on weekends. The dog stays in bed with them, gets up when they do, eats late like they do... everything. It's uncanny to see that.

My cat is much like me...alas she's a girl.

She sleeps too much, is very immobile, and eats a lot. Also she is quite selfish and has a temper when something is really bothering her. :rofl: Oh, and she's heavy.

you know Sunshine.. she's very much like us.. except the only thing is she's a wuss... she gets beat up by cats and are scared of racoons...

Most definately. More than often, even more eager, and ready for anything!

Nice pooch! There is a member from Poland who has two gorgeous German Shepherds. The wife and I are planning on getting one eventually. One of my friends just got an 8 week old pup from the breeder I plan to go to. We decided on a German Shepherd after coming to a compromise. I love them and had one as my first dog. She has grown to like them and she especially likes that we are going to get it from a breeder who supplies most of the dogs to the police departments around here. :thumbup:
