Dead - and very flat. I feel sorry for the driver who ran the criminal over. I imagine it would be quite traumatic.

if he did survive, he'd be a catatonic quadrupalegic...probably got knocked out when the car rolled since he didn't put his hands out or protect his head when he face planted, then got his head bounced around a few times when that car ran over him...OUCH nevertheless.

Now imagine yourself behind the wheel of the truck that ran over him. That must suck. :tsk:

Definitely dead. I'm glad that the driver of the truck that ran him over wasn't hurt as a result of this Darwin Award winner's antics. He/she could have lost control and crashed or the dude could have gone through the windshield. :tsk:

I say he's toast just from being tossed from the truck and hitting the ground alone. Wearing seatbelt could've saved his live here, I think.
