stupid salt trucks
 

:mad: ok so its snowing but must they go on the highway and spray salt all over hitting my poor baby thats like assult on an unarmed vehicle

I despise those salt trucks also. It feels like rocks raining your X when one of these drive by. When I see it I avoid it like a plaque.....at all cost. Slow down, speed up, change direction, disappear.....whatever it takes.

got nabbed by 2 one on the highway so i sped up past it still hit me, and then i was parked and got lit up like a candle UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH but boarding was the best today perfect weather WOHOOOOO

my development uses calcium, seems to work pretty well.

out west we have trucks that spread ROCKS instead of salt!! I got tagged by one of them a few weeks back and it DENTED my PDC sensor!! not to mention about 10 paint chips!

Back in NY state, the DOT uses an elixir of chloride, grit, sand, and some other crap; it was like BBs shot from a cannon or, following your worst nightmare gravel truck. But, the concoction worked, espc. if you stayed off the roads for a day. Cleaning the rides was not fun, however.
