i think, 1st and foremost, make sure that the link for the video works.
do u have another pc that u can test that on? were these links that
worked at one time and just recently stopped?

also, when they tell u to click on tools - options - they want u to be
in Windows Media Player. is that were ur at or are u opening tools -
options in Internet Explorer? also, what version of windows Media Player?
