I am looking to trade in my 01 4.4 for a 04 4.4, aside from the facelift, More HP, and some minor interior changes, what other significant differences will I find by upgrading to an 04?

also can someone please run a car fax for me and e-mail it to me?

You get xDrive, six speed steptronic to name a couple. Is it manufactured after April 2004? If yes, then you should have pano-sunroof. Are you getting a CPO?

it's a Jan 2004 so I don't get pano but it was the following options:

1) Bluetooth
2) DSP Audio
3) Adjustable Air Suspension
4) Heated Sport Seats
5) Retractable Load Floor
6) Rear Heated Seats
7) Park Distance Control
8) Tow Package

what other options should I look for?

I only wished that it had Pano but I am willing to sacrifice that for the air suspension, oh and it only has 13K miles

oh, and don't count on the bluetooth...

Bluetooth wasn't compatible with BMW Assist in earlier MY04 X5's. I think BMW came out with a BMW Assist + Bluetooth module in MY05, but the previous owner might have retrofitted the new BMW Assist + Bluetooth module in your CPO. :dunno:

That is correct. BMW assist +bluetooth started with 2005 MY.

can you tell i'm still a little bitter about my inoperable bluetooth? ;)

i believe bluetooth/assist is operable in Oct 04 build and later. anyway, make sure you check the bluetooth story, as i was told i had bluetooth as well.
i even purchased a new phone. after 2 frustrating weeks of trying to get the phone to pair, i finally stumbled upon the info that even though i had a passkey and was told i had bluetooth, i, in fact, didn't.

the good news...the frustrating search led me to X5World! :thumbup:
