Last time I was in Philly area visiting friends, I saw this license plate and wondered....hmmm if you honk at them, will they just ignore it? If an emergency vehicle is trying to pass with sirens blaring, will they notice it? Why even advertise it in PA?

CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW?:excited:
But seriously, I guess maybe out in PA, there has been road rage issues and maybe more protection for the hearing impaired. Now, I hope they don't get special handicap parking privileges because of being hearing imparied. |
Doesn't everybody up 'nawth just give the finger anyway? No worries, just tap this guy on the bumper...

BECAUSE YOU CAN'T HEAR OUTSIDE NOISES WITH THEM ON! How is this different from a deaf person? I'm not sure I'm comfortable with them driving... |

Anyway, point is of her story, is that deaf people can feel sirens coming. She said she could feel the air thicken as a siren comes near. People with sensory impairments learn to rely on their other senses more. Thats what she did, and what I imagine this guy should do... |
interesting yeah no idea...
