Have you heard of:

The "gas pill" or "Bio Performance pill".

There is the new pill that can save 18 - 20% on gasoline. It sounds like a scam. Let me know!

This is simply too hilarious.

I like the part where the little green pill changes the molecular composition of gasoline or diesel (no worries, works on any fuel....) and releases the hidden energy waiting inside. The product description could best be described as techno-babble. Complete nonsense.

But it gets better. This isn't actually a plan to sell green pills. It is a 'multi-level marketing campaign' that makes money from recruiting 'agents' who will recruit other agents. For a real hoot, read the CV of the president, who claims to have a 'downline' of 75,000 people after recruiting only 25 people.

Don't know what else to say. :tsk:

I have a co-worker who is testing this in his car. He is thinking about a new buisness. I will let you know what his results with it are.

As noted above, it is a 'multi-level marketing campaign' that makes money from recruiting 'agents' who will recruit other agents. Sounds like your co-worker wants to join a pyramid scheme.
