Time for a Valentine One
 

I noticed my Bel radar detector has been quite silent for a couple days. Today, I intentionally drove past a store that usually makes it go crazy....display was normal, but no sound.

I got out the instruction manual tonight, and reset it to factory defaults...still no sound. "It's dead, Jim. I'm a doctor, not an electronics repairman."

Based on the near rabid devotion of this group to the Valentine/StealthOne combo, I ordered both tonight. I hope it is as good as all of you say, for $600! :confused:

yea is it really that good. anyone that have one can tells us if its worth the money

I've been wanting to get one for so long; but I can't see spending $600 bucks for it. I know it can save me money from tickets in the long run; but being a poor college student; I have to watch where I spend my money. Great radar. I've read nothing but good things about it.

Doc, you have given in to some serious pressure. It is the most highly regarded radar detector out there. I have almost bitten on several occasions but I have balked because I never speed anyway. ;)

You won't regret it, doc. It's a great radar detector. Congrats.

Yah it's good. I think I'm that sole fighter for the BEL units :(

I like my Bel RX65 its served me well and at last count between the US and Europe its saved me over $2500 worth of tickets:thumbup:

once you have the arrows on a detector you'll question how you ever survived without them ;)
