talk about sticker shock!
haha.. check out this thread from Supersprint. $15K for header back setup on E60 M5.. WOW and I thought $6.5k for my setup was bad!

Yeah, that's insane!
|
but it has the infamous superschit quality and welding craftsmanship of a gopher... kinda reminds me of dinan products: overpriced, great marketing, and does absolutely crap...
oh, i'm just rambling on again... |
LOL @ craftsmanship of a gpoher! my SS headers on the E39 has actually been holding up pretty well. Dyno figures have also showed quite a bit of gain in both torque and HP with the before and after.. the dinan shit is a different story. the dinan headers that came off the car was NOT worth $8K and was not impressed at all...

$15K for 59 HP? Something is seriously out of whack. A complete Chevy LS6 Z06 crate engine costs $8K and the new LS7 engine is $14K.
I'm seeing alot of good stuff about Active Autowerks. Their E36, E46, and E39 performance kits make alot of HP at reasonable prices. Let's see what they do with the new M5. |

Come on, they have to be that expensive considering only 3 people in the world would pay that price for an exhaust system :) haha
|
Yeah, but Biff and/or Pennington, et al, won't blink
an eye to get that bought and on, in time for OktoberFest: being held in late July this year, by the bye. http://www.bmwcca.org/Oktoberfest |
Actually supersprint is one of the best systems out there and usually they give more HP than almost all other systems.

 oooookay... glad superschit's marketing is paying off :takecover:
