So I checked out this local custom home for sale here in the area yesterday, and just wanted to share a few pics. What really caught my eye was the interior architecture with the huge wood beams, and the AWESOME infinity pool. What a beauty.

Nice! How much sq footage? Do all homes in AZ get to put the wall in back like that?

Just under 5,000 sq. ft. Yes, most all have walls, including mine. I think mine is like 6' tall.

Yup, my new one here that I bought 18 mo. ago has already gone up $300k too :D
