:thumbup: I find it sad that the people who consider themselves deeply religious Christians are usually the ones who really have no idea what religion is all about... By spreading hate and hurt, they're completely going against what their God would have wanted... I've had plenty of first-hand experience with this, being gay in a religious school. :rolleyes:

My Dad went to an all Christian Boys school in South Philly and was thrown out on numerous occasions for asking:

- How did Noah get every creature on the Arc? What about creatures that didn't live on that continent?

- If a person didn't accept Jesus they couldn't go to heaven, then what were natives of foreign lands supposed to do who had never heard of Christ?

You know, simple questions like that....

I was thrown out of a theology class for asking my teacher a similar question.. whether or not everyone in the world who wasn't a Christian was going to hell for worshipping the "wrong" God..
