I'll feel much better if you can confirm for me that you'll have a toast in my honor, Michelle... I'm so jealous that I can't make it! I'll be in Austin, Texas on a biz trip...
|
Oh shoot! I'm sorry, Jay...I forgot to comment. We'll have a toast just for you...and one for everyone else that couldn't make it!

Here are pics of the scratch: :(

My guess is that the guy washing it had the wiper arm raised, but it fell back down with the wiper blade turned around and it scratched it :( |
Ouch! That's one heck of scratch. They $tealer better fix for you.
When I give my X5 to dealer I tell them to note that I do not need car wash and they write it on the number tag they attach to keys. The dealer car washes are very crappy and I do not want to end with swirls anyway. |
That sucks! I never let them wash my X when I take it in.
|
Ouch, I'd be pissed!

Did you give them a bunch of shit, I hope? That's rude.

Wow, that's too bad. :(
I'd be  , too. Get 'em to fix it for 'ya, Michelle. (I'm in the group that instructs the dealer never to wash my X.) |
