I don't know, if they did waste food they should not be kicked out, rather just be charged the non-buffet fee. That family is bad for business at buffets though so I tend to agree more w/ the restaurant :dunno:

I say kick them out. BUT (and this is a Jennifer Lopez size BUTT) the restraunt should have a notice stating that excessive waste can lead to removal from the restraunt.

Hmm..that is a tough one...Although, it sounds like they have done it many times, in which case, throw 'em out..And the woman was right about kids getting more than they can handle, but thats why you smack 'em and tell them not to!

I agree with the owner of the establishment. It was an observed behavior over several different occasions. An owner reserves the right to refuse service as long as it not based on race, creed, religion, etc. There is no law against excluding bad patrons.
