My vehicle is not in the BMW system
 

Has anybody have the same problem??? I purchased my X5 (US specs) in Germany while stationed there, and now that I'm back to the states i can't get it serviced because it does not show(the VIN number) in the system :tsk: . Any info will be greatly appreciated.
PS: Hello every one, glad to be back posting after my trip to Korea. Loving my X again :)
