Got a V1 for that
Somehow I don't trust the spray thing, seems like a scam to me

i guess if you dont break the law, the camera technically doesnt turn on.... i dunno. i'm no lawyer.

there was some suit that the funds that come from photo'ed tickets were being mishandled. that's the only thing i heard of, thus far.

Do you really think those guns can even be aimed that accurately? What's the chance the officer can even hit the plate on a moving target?

agreed. i think the police radar picks up on certain elements in the plate. IMO, there are too many other variables that would make the radar 'questionable' in making a case on a speeder. i think the plate has certain reflective qualities that if the tweaked police radar was aimed in a certain direction it would pick on it, versus just a moving object (i.e. tweaked police radar vs. a baseball speed gun)

I don't mean to be disrespectful but IMHO i don't see what funny about this experience. I don't waste the energy, time and cost on this stuff. It's much easier to respect and obey the law.

Thanks for your input. You make a valid point. I'll still post my pictures, b/c I personally thought it was funny.

I even had a front plate missing, too. Thought I got away. Week later, I get a letter in the mail with my photo. Talk about cruel! It was a Friday!

$350, $40 court appeal for defensive driving, then another $40 or so for the actual class.

Seeing yourself in true shock? Priceless.

Since you're in Cali, check out www.ticketassassin.com regarding photo enforced lights.
