You are going to take a pretty big hit by trading your car in; once a car is titled it loses a big chunk. You can probably get a three series or something without dropping any more cash. It really depends what you want. I'm thinking you are going to get mid to high 30's. Check KBB and edmunds. They will also lowball because the E70 is dropping soon. I saw a 2006 with 9k miles here in colorado without NAV for $36k.
