Judging from the headlights and body lines, that looks like a really old clay and foam mockup, probably at least 10 years old, if not more. I'd say that was an interim design between the old CL420 and the old CL500/600 model.

Looks similar to the latest model Ford Thunderbird.

Its a old SLK front with a Olds mobile body...
