First of all, I want to thank you both for all that you do. Your weekly FFF :cool: and WW :cool: posts are greatly appreciated and definitely entertaining. :thumbup:

But when I eat chicken, I like dark meat ;pervert; as well as the white meat ;pervert;. Would it be possible to mix in a little variety? Some rice ;pervert; and beans ;pervert; would be very nice too.

Just kidding. I do try to mix it up a little. I've thrown down some "panocha" and some "kung pow" over the years. (See last week's PowerPoint of Lucia Tovar of Colombian heritage.) It's kind of tough to find stuff of sufficient quality though. Also, I try to appeal to a wide audience and everyone likes vanilla. It's a good base to add "toppings" to. :mmm:

Coincedental to your request, I have been meaning to feature my girl Mindy Vega again. She's Cubana and muy caliente. As for your request for "dark meat", I'll see what I can do. No promises.
