Seems to me that wearing the blue wrist band should be required as a form of consent, rather than the other way around

You talk about violating someone's rights. Seems like a lawsuit would be the result. No matter how good or bad a treatment no on should do something like this without their consent.

They do it in my city! Thats really bad but according to my friend they do it in certain areas, I don't live in one of the areas but with my luck i'll get in an accident in one of those areas!
