:iagree:

But some ladies need help to cover up flaws. Anything too much is bad to me, few exceptions ie stage performers, street walkers, etc.

When she was younger, my wife liked to compete (and win) in the various swimsuit competitions. I loved it when she would get up there and strut her stuff in a skimpy bikini or short skirt and be all made up to perfection.

Even though she was stunning then, I think she's even more beautiful now in a pair of jeans and t-shirt and no makeup when she's gardening or working with the horses or washing her car. She gives hot and sweaty a whole new meaning :)

In the past year or so, she's discovered another gift - singing - and it makes me swell with pride watching her on stage. She was a semi-finalist in the Colgate Country Challenge competition a couple weeks ago, performing in jeans, boots, a sexy white top and my old cowboy hat. She looked hotter than the fourth of July up there belting out her tunes under the lights and the fireworks in front of several thousand people. Confidence is a fine kind of makeup, don't you think?

Of course, I married her for her intelligence (I really did!). ;)

I am comfortable in anything whether it be jeans and cowboy boots, a business suit, or shorts and flip flops with no make up and hair up in a clip. But nothing feels better or makes me feel sexier than being dressed up in a nice cocktail dress, sexy slingback heels, and something nice underneath.

Well... that would all depend on the "mood"...

But I am with you on the getting dressed up part... being able to slip on something nice, a beautiful new dress, the hair and make up that go along with it, some nice heels... I love it.

But I also love to slip on a pair of lounging pants, and a tee... my mans socks - hair in a ponytail and just relax. :)

I can tell when she is wearing make-up, but think its only makes a difference when she is going out at night. Most times she goes natural which is fine with me.

It doesn't matter either way because women are as close as one can get to heaven without being there...They are ALL beautiful!

AWD-X5 07-13-2006 10:21 AM

Some make up is nice. Not plastered on though
