Baseball bats and guns

So this is why you guys need baseball bats and guns.

After reading that guys thread on if it's legal to bring the stuff to Europe this must be why.:nanana: :nanana:

Jeez nutters

No, no, no, they had it all wrong. The first guy pulls the bat, the other guy is supposed to reach for his pepper spray, hillbilly then pulls a knife, yuppie reponds with tazer, and bubba pulls out the hunting rifle forcing BMW dude to pull his RPG out of the trunk. When you go directly from baseball bat to gun you lose a lot of the intricies and nuances you would normally get to witness whenever you have a group of morons fully exercising their second amendment rights. :kungfu:

I like the story line but don't you think they could have used better actors...they deffinitely aren't going to winf any Academy Awards.

Agree, but it was still funny. I wanted the Z4 to do a burn out and spray the pickup with gravel, but I'm still waiting.

Bad acting indeed. Embarrassingly, those idiots are Canadian. :tsk:

Well, I didn't figure that out until I read the comments and saw the post from the truck driver. I was just wondering why the hillbillies drove Toyotas, and thought they were chasing a motorcycle.

The comments did include a nice diatribe on the right to carry firearms and shoot anyone with a baseball bat. Made me wonder if all boards get these same debates. There were several posts that could have been copied over directly from the recent racial profiling thread.

Severe road rage isn't just limited to the US, I've had my fill of it because I drive a BMW, although not that extreme.

Alot of people here condemm the posession of tools for self defence and insist on the old mantra of "it won't happen to us", but how sure are you that your own government is going to be there to protect you if/when evil dose enter your life? 000 (911 for the US) won't save you from an intruder with an illegal hand gun, who is willing to kill you for your posessions, or rape your loved ones of their dignity and security.

The desire to posess a weapon for self defence stems from the most basic of human instincts - Self preservation, or "survival of the fitest" as some people call it.

This is why I raise the question. Would you rather give up your instincts and freedom and let a government or institution protect you and tell you what to do throughout your life?, or would you prefer to hold onto your humanity and use your own instincts to their fullest extent?
