OK, so you like to mod your ride?

This one is great. The guy seems to have had too much time on his hands, and a spare jet engine. The VW may not have been a natural choice, but it was silver, so it matched (not sure what other reasoning he used). Check out the web site to see the installation details and more photos. I particularly like the mock-up of the scooter with twin jets.

These shots show the VW in action, and the local constabulary trying to figure out what to charge him with. But officer, it's a hybrid! I'm allowed to drive in the HOV lane!

These are the same type of retards that later receive Darwin Awards for wondering why their ride spun out of control because of the turbine engine in the back.

From what I read on another site that thing is street legal in CA...I guess as long as he doesn't fire the after burners :-)

It is street-legal now in California. (not that it should be) See my link in post #1.
