How do you like Cafe Press?
 

My wife wants to use Cafe Press for a T-Shirt line. I would like to know your feedback from this company. How easy were they to set up xoutpost.com products, and everyone else that have ordered from them, T-shirts, cups, hats, etc... Good quality products, good customer relations, timely receipt of product. Any info that you have got - buying or selling.

I use them for one of the forums I own/run and they are very easy to work with. Setup was a breeze - maybe 5 minutes, if that. Upload your images, pick the products and off you go. Shipping time is reasonable; they take 3 business days to print your order, then however long it takes for UPS to deliver your stuff. My orders usually arrive within 5 business days. Their customer service is great, too; they messed up a couple of my orders (missing items, wrong sizes, etc.), and both times they overnighted me the missing/correct items (and let me keep the wrong ones they originally sent).

No complaints here. Any product related issues have been quickly resolved and they are easy to do business with. Product quality isn't L.L. Bean level, but it's adequate.
