As far as the spinach at Luger's, don't know how they make it but it sure tastes like creamed spinach..

I grew up in Manhasset, trust me, I know luger's menu like the back of my hand.... unless they added recently... but they didn't have it the last time i went (about a year ago, maybe just that night?)

And trust you me.. I know Lugers as well..

And I have to admit, even though I love the one on N.Blvd, the one in Brooklyn is even better. The reason, I am to understand, the ovens they use to cook the steaks in Brooklyn are much, much older than the ones in GN. So the steak is even more flavorful.
