I don't care what she looks like, she's a wack job. She has the maturity level of a 14 year old craving attention and acceptance.

She's not in jail because the state really had no case--no DNA, no use of force, not even coercion, etc, and the kid's parents were telling the DA that no way in hell was their son going on the stand. The state realized it was a zero-sum game and would be a media circus.

She was an adult that had sex with a minor, case enough for me. If I heard my 14 year old daughter got nailed by a 24 year old teacher, I'd be pissed.
