You can keep the sugar and the chocolate and most anything else. Don't mess with my coffee.

If you are a daily coffee drinker - the first few days are tough no doubt ... you have caffeine withdrawal headaches ... however, if someone wanted to "break" a caffeine or say even a nicotine habit - it's a good way to help get rid of those cravings/desires for them. I notice that (personally) coffee makes me more hungry that if I don't have it at all. Sugar makes me crave more sugar & more sugar = fat. Coffee & sugar makes one "feel good" in one way - & eating pure food "fruits & veggies" makes one feel good in another. Sorry for the :hijack:

Ok - "addictive" may of been the wrong word for chocolate & sugar - I apologize. But people who have done juice fasts/cleanses agree that the more processed type sugar products/foods one eats - the more they "crave" them ...

When you eat "clean" unprocessed foods - your body starts to want more fresh/clean food vs. junk/fast/processed food. Again just my 2 cents from dieting & different types of eating .... I guess the best way is "everything in moderation". So with that - I admit that I have a psychological dependence on chocolate :)

Why is there a season? People don't eat as many Mallomars in the summer? :dunno: Do I remember hearing about them melting?
