Take a Moment
 

Hi all

Just sitting back at the moment having a really good glass of red wine, some excellent cheese with peppered water crackers, some easy listening rock and roll and it occurred to me that in this fast paced life we all lead, we often forget to take time out to relax and unwind......

We are renovating another house and I am surrounded by brick dust and rubble, we have a tarp over the roof, and I would much prefer to be up some mountains with a view, but hey, who'd be dead huh?

MD you got the way...

Amen! There is so much beauty around us if we only took time to look.

Noticed that yesterday when I took my wife on a tour of the birthing center where she will be having our first son.

Now THAT is a moment you will forever remember and cherish... I still get choked up when I remember cutting the cord for my son ( we had an emergency caeserian) and seeing him.

You just feel so full of emotion, that you never really knew would hit you.
