Are there still CompUSA stores? The ones I know of here in L.A. are gone. Didn't they get absorbed by another electronics chain? As a sidenote, Tower Records is the next store to disappear from the landscape.

Plenty of CompUSA stores in NorCal. Tower is already gone in NorCal. Made the news last week.

actually it was CompUSA that absorbed the Good Guys..........there's a CompUSA in Culver City near the 405, one in redondo, and a couple in the valley.
