It is simply a url address surrounded by "IMG" tags. If you want to practice it, click on the little yellow square button that looks like a landscape above the message area in a reply. When you click on it, paste your picture's url into the box and click ok. The code that you see it post into your reply, will mirror the code that needs to go into your signature input area.

Make sense?

When I do it in the signature do I use the yellow box or the paperclip with the blue ball thingie :rofl:

yellow box = for images
paperclip = for links to another page/site etc... Like your X page

To display text that contains tags you wrap the text with noparse tags like this:
[noparse][img]http://www.xoutpost.com/...[/img][/noparse]

That way won't need to add the extra period like you did.
