After market GPS mount

I have a Garmin 2620 GPS which I like very much. I'd like to mount it were it is very usable during driving but out of sight of potential thieves when not in use. Has anyone come up with an ingenious mount for this or other after market GPS units? Where would you suggest mounting the external antenna?

Brackets for everything
