Is Romo truly the next Brady or better?

1. He replaces Drew Bledsoe in mid-season.
2. He takes his team to the promised land. Romo and the Boys are doing pretty well, if you haven't noticed. If they fix their defensive secondary problems, they just might get there.
3. He lands a hot babe. It's pretty tough to do better than Bridget Moynihan, but Romo's definitely moving in the right direction with Jessica Simpson!

He sure is having a heck of a game...no other Dallas QB has ever thrown 5 TDs on thanksgiving...

I think it's funny that the entire article is about an NFL qb and the only pictures they print are of the chick :) :) don't get me wrong, i love the pix, but come on :) :)

He's certainly starting to look like Brady... What a game he had today!

Wagner 11-23-2006 10:13 PM

Woooooo pump the brakes, he needs to do a little more then two solid games to get anywhere near the ranks of Brady.

JV 11-24-2006 01:39 AM

How bitter are you that he's on the bench for you this week, Mike?

asawadude 11-24-2006 09:33 AM

I bit off my bottom lip after seeing the score. Nothing serious - it should grow back in a couple of months. ;)

I may not be benching Romo any more after today, unless Hasselbeck goes off for a half-dozen TD's. He may only have a few games under his belt, but he's managed to turn around a team that was completely floundering. Keep in mind like Palmer and Rivers, he sat, watched, and learned for a couple of seasons. Evidently the Cowboys think he's their guy, locking him into long-term deal before the season started.

Thunder22 11-24-2006 09:37 AM

Once the opposition figures out his kryptonite (like they have with Eli... blitz him baby blitz him) he'll be looking for a studio gig like Jesse Palmer just landed with MSG network. Not wishing any ill will on the guy, but it's only been 3 games...

U left ROOOOOMO on the bench? Ouch...when he wins 3 superbowls and two MVPs I will entertain this converstation.

Roc3b 11-24-2006 11:06 AM

Hey Wagner...not to rain on your parade her but the cheerleader in the pads is not very attractive in that pic...the cheerbabe on the right on the other hand is super duper fly.

I'm with WagnerX5 on this one, however Jay Cutler will be starting in Denver next week. WoooHoooo.

Wagner 11-24-2006 02:01 PM

Roc3b - watch out Guinness is going to come after you for that remark :)

X5Flyboy 11-25-2006 11:39 AM

Any QB looks good if he doesn't make mistakes. (ie, Phil Simms, but no one would call him a superstar) Jessica maybe fun to romp with, but I'd keep Bridgit Moynihan - I'd take a smart brunette over a dumb blonde everytime.
