Why the heck didn't either guy think of springing the $50, $75, $100, whatever, for a flatbed? Jeesh! ;owned;

Its amazing in porsche, if you get any change in RPM at higher speed and try to slow to account for it they spin. Esp on a track turn, if you think you are losing it, you have to accelerate or maintain speed.

:rofl:

SoccerJunky...nice dig out on the pic. :thumbup:

I understand it's a helluva car but couldn't
the mech. just "drive" the sumbitch and
not rip it at 7/10ths?

Oh well...the owner, loaded to the gunnels
can simply step to the front of the line and
cop a new half mill exotic.

I agree, the mechanic is on crack if he thinks anyone believes him that he wasn't ripping it up... and the insurance company is left to cover the entire thing because of his stupidity.

Crazy shat!

DesiBaba 12-02-2006 06:56 PM

Well i don't think cops would have him get away with this without a ticket, if there was any foul play. just my 50 cents.

good luck explaining that one to the owner.

Doesn't clear even with multiple 2*4's. My friend with one tried to get it on the flatbed and it was even close with the long overhang. Also learned that it is nearly impossible to get my CS on a flatbed also after my tire fiasco. (blowout of the R compound corsa's on the freeway)

called snap throttle oversteer.. happens on BMW's too with DSC off although less pronounced.
