I'm sueing Starbucks cause one time they didn't put a sleeve on my cup and it burnt my fingertips turning them red causing me to switch hands only to burn those tips. I'm seeking a lifetime supply of gingerbread lattes for damages :D

When it comes to the safety of a child the buck stops at the parents. By suing a corporation for their own stupidity they are admitting they aren't fit to be parents. If they passed the kid a sharp knife are they going to sue the knife manufacturer for making it too sharp?

How'd they expect the kid to hold on to the cocoa while riding in this?
