Take it easy.. my point is if you are going to do a job use all of your resources to do it right and then go the hell home. Like many Americans I was all for our incursion into Iraq based on the premise of WMD's. Now that we know otherwise and the country is totally mucked up we can't just leave. Use what you have to snuff out the ones that are causing the trouble and then allow the Iraqis to govern themselves.

Your problem is that you think "the job" is something other than what those in charge think. "the job" is for the corporate and military contracts to earn as much money as possible from this war, and to drag this war profiteering out as long as they possibly can, of course at the expense of the American taxpayers.

I know that you think "the job" is to defeat the insurgency and restore order in Iraq. Silly you for thinking such a thing and actually believing those who have lied again and again about the reasons for this war. :doh:

Oh silly me! Thinking we shouldn't cut and run and leave the women and children to fend for themselves. Yes I believe they have lied repeatedly, but it is too unstable to leave as is.
